【摘要】:Thisdocumentprovidesthebasisforthedraftingofvibrationtestcodesforhand-heldandhand-guidedpower-drivenmachinery.Itspecifiesthedeterminationofhand-transmittedvibrationemissionintermsoffrequency-weightedroot-mean-square(r.m.s.)accelerationduringtypetesting.Formachineswherevibrationtestcodesdonotexist,itmayalsobeusedfordeterminationofemissionvaluesandcontainssufficientguidancefordesigninganappropriatetest.NOTEVibrationtestcodesbasedonthisdocumentshoulddefinemeasuringprocedureswhichprovidecontrolled,repeatableandreproducibleresultswhichare,asfaraspossible,inagreementwiththevibrationvaluesmeasuredatthemachine-handcontactsurfacesunderrealworkingconditionsandforwhichtheuncertaintiesofmeasurementarequantified.Thisdocumentisapplicabletohand-heldpowertools(e.g.chippinghammers,sanders),hand-guidedpoweredmachines(e.g.lawnmowers,single-axletractors,vibratoryrollers)andothertypesofpoweredmachinesfittedwithhandles,guidingbeamsorsimilarmeansofcontrol.Itisapplicabletomachineryofallpowersources(electrical,hydraulic,pneumatic,internalcombustionengine,etc.).QItdoesnotapplytofixedmachineryinwhichthevibrationistransmittedtothehandsoftheuserthroughtheworkpiece.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletovibrationtransmittedfromsteeringwheelsorcontrolleversofmobilemachinerywheretheoperator'spositionisonthemachine,seeEN1032.Itisrestrictedtotranslationalvibrationmeasuredinthreeorthogonaldirectionsatthehand-machineinterface.Thisdocumentshouldbeappliedwithcautiontomachinesproducingsingleandrepetitiveshockswithafrequencyofoccurrencelowerthan5Hz.Forsuchmachines,itisnotknownwhetherfrequency-weightedroot-mean-squareaccelerationvaluesarerelatedtotheriskstohealthandadditionalmeasurementsmayberequired.WhendevelopingvibrationtestcodesforsuchmachinestheinformationinCENISO/TS15694shouldbeconsidered.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletovibrationtestcodespublishedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCENand,whenusedastestcode,tohand-heldandhand-guidedmachinerymanufacturedbeforethatdate.Thisdocumentdoesnotpresentlimitsorrecommendedvibrationvalues.Itdoesnotgiveanyguidanceorrecommendationsfordeterminationofhumanexposuretovibrationattheworkplace.Forsuchinformation,referenceismadetoENISO5349-1andENISO5349-2.
