【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthemethodsforcharacterisingthefatigueofbituminousmixturesbyalternativetests,includingbendingtestsanddirectandindirecttensiletests.Thetestsareperformedoncompactedbituminousmaterialunderasinusoidalloadingorothercontrolledloading,usingdifferenttypesofspecimensandsupports.Theprocedureisusedtorankbituminousmixturesonthebasisofresistancetofatigue,asaguidetorelativeperformanceinthepavement,toobtaindataforestimatingthestructuralbehaviourintheroadandtojudgetestdataaccordingtospecificationsforbituminousmixtures.Becausethisdocumentdoesnotimposeaparticulartypeoftestingdevice,theprecisechoiceofthetestconditionsdependsonthepossibilitiesandtheworkingrangeoftheuseddevice.Forthechoiceofspecifictestconditions,therequirementsoftheproductstandardsforbituminousmixturesshallberespected.Theapplicabilityofthisdocumentisdescribedintheproductstandardsforbituminousmixtures.Resultsobtainedfromdifferenttestmethodsarenotassuredtobecomparable.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695providesguidanceforassessingandchoosingcandidatematerials,componentsorsub-assembliesformakinganend-productbaseduponpreselectiontesting.Itdescribeshowpreselectionprovidescomparativefirehazardtestmethodstoevaluatetheperformanceofatestspecimenandhowpreselectioncanbeusedintheselectionofmaterials,parts,componentsandsub-assembliesduringthedesignstageofanend-product.Itfurtherdescribeshowstandardizedtestmethodsmaybeusedasonepartinthedecisionmakingprocessesdirectedtominimizethefirehazardsfromelectrotechnicalequipment.Itstatesthatoneshouldtakeintoaccountthedesiredreactiontofirepropertiesoftheendproduct,andthatoneshouldconsiderthepossibleeffectsofenvironmentalconditionsonthebehaviouroftheend-product.ThisbasicsafetypublicationisintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.
