【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofshock-attenuationcharacteristicsofnaturalturfgrassandsoilplayingsurfacesystemsusinglightweightportableapparatus.Thistestmethodisapplicableforcomparingnaturalsurfacesandforassessingtheeffectsofmanagementpracticesonshockattenuation.ThistestmethodalsocanbeusedtoassessthecompactibilityofnaturalsurfacesbyrecordingGmaxvaluesorpenetrationofsuccessiveimpacts,orboth.Thistestmethodprovidesaprocedureforassessingimpactcharacteristicsinthefield,onactualplayingsurfacesandonresearchplots.Numericaldatawillnotbecomparabletodataobtainedusingadifferentmissilemassorgeometry,usingadifferentdropheight,orusingadifferentstandardmethod,forexample,TestMethodF355.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
